Brockport man arrested for DWI

A Brockport man was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Murray. State Police say Aristide Salguero, 60, was arrested on July 15. Troopers say they stopped Salguero on Route 104 after he crossed hazard marking multiple times, as well as for driving well under the speed limit. He was arrested after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests, and later refused a breath test. He was arraigned in Murray Town Court and remanded to Orleans County in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Salguero is due to appear later in the month.
