The Rochester Knighthawks announced on Friday that they have re-signed team captain Dan Coates to a one-year deal. The 39-year-old defenseman out of St. Catherines, Ontario, will be entering his 14th season in the National Lacrosse League. He has spent the previous five seasons with the Knighthawks, after spending his first eight seasons with the Colorado Mammoth.
