Saturday night rollover in Brockport leads to arrest

A crash on Fourth Section Road in the Town of Sweden near The College at Brockport campus has lead to one man being charged with DWI.

Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies charged the driver of a pickup truck that rolled over, as 22-year-old Luke Westfall of Holley. Deputies say Westfall drove drunk and flipped the truck becoming trapped.  Westfall was freed from the truck and treated at the scene for minor injuries and arrested by Sheriff's Deputies.

Our reporter on scene saw a suspect (now known as Westfall) in the back of a Sheriff's vehicle in handcuffs.

In addition to Sheriff's Deputies, Brockport Police, and The College at Brockport University Police also responded to the scene along with Monroe Ambulance.

No word on any other injuries. Fourth Section Road remained open throughout the police investigation. It's unclear if Westfall will face any other charges or if he needs to appear in Sweden Town Court at a later date.
