RIT loses lead twice, rallies for 8-5 win over Clarkson

Two weeks ago, RIT men's ice hockey did not even know if they were going to play. But on Friday evening, the Tigers showed why they deserved to play their 2020-2021 season with an 8-5 win over the #8 ranked Clarkson Golden Knights at the Gene Polisseni Center. RIT had an early 3-1 lead in the second period before losing it early in the third. It was a game of cat and mouse as both teams traded goals within a minute of each other midway through the third period until the Tigers ripped three straight goals into the net to seal it.
