Charli XCX is known for her hit "Boom Clap" released in 2014 and her feature on Iggy Azalea's hit "Fancy." Charli has decided to take a new direction on her music and now has a new sound that suits her new style! Her song “Good Ones” released on October 4th, 2021, shows off her new sound and style. This song combines the genres of pop and EDM in a very catchy way! Her vocals in this song are not only very catchy but also give a very melodic vibe of a pop song. Paired up with the punchy bass line and the electronic sound, she came out with a great song that can be listened to anywhere. I can imagine this song being played not only in a club or party setting but, also something you can listen to while on a chill car ride. I love this song and the direction Charli XCX is taking with her music. I know for sure I’ll be adding “Good Ones” to my playlist!
