Hey!  Thanks for checking out my bio! My name is Adam and I'm a Point DJ who was born in Rochester, NY, raised mostly in Linwood, NY and graduated from Pavilion Central School. 

Radio has been always something I’ve taken an interest in.  As a child, my mom bought me this cool toy called Radio DJ.  It was this small, purple square shaped piece of plastic with a couple buttons on it for sound effects and a slider to control the volume of the microphone that was attached to it.  Every afternoon when I’d come home from school, I’d turn on the Radio DJ, plug it in to my stereo to play some CD’s, and broadcast off of 1610 AM within a half-mile radius which was the cool thing about the toy – my neighbors could actually listen to me!  I also listened to the real radio and got some ideas for commercials and even wrote some of my own for some random businesses I found in the yellow pages and recorded them all onto a tape that I would play in-between songs.  I even had an “on-air hours” sign posted outside my door to make it look like my room was a studio.  Haha.

Well, since then I’ve grown up a bit and I have been at The Point since 2005 and it’s been a blast!  In recent months, I have acquired more responsibilities along side of being a DJ, including being the Engineering and Website Director, showing new DJs the ropes as the Circuit Director, and most honorably, the Operations Manager!
